To participate in the ReSound 2025-2026 Gift of Hearing donation campaign, hearing care practices must agree to terms and make a qualifying purchase through the Gift of Hearing sales promotion.
Contact your ReSound Sales Representative for details.
Official sales promotion runs Nov. 18-21, 2025.
For each qualifying sales promotion purchase, a practice has the option to receive an additional free set(s) of ReSound Vivia (level 9) hearing aids and Standard Charger or ReSound Enzo IA and Desktop Charger to donate to a recipient of their choice.
Number of donated sets you receive based on your promotional order.
Choice of M&RIE or standard receivers. Only applicable for eligible RIE styles.
Donation package does not include custom molds, accessories or special orders.
Practices must officially register (“opt-in”) for the Gift of Hearing donation campaign by December 19, 2025. Participation is optional. Qualified practices will receive an email from their ReSound Sales Representative directing them to registration form on pro.resound.com.
The participating practice agrees to waive any initial fitting and follow-up fees for recipients, as part of the donation. Resale of the donated hearing aids provided is prohibited.
Once registration is submitted, practices will receive the Gift of Hearing “Hometown Hero” package that includes a marketing playbook, in-office promotional materials and complimentary assistance from a ReSound Focus marketing representative to consult on donation campaign marketing activities.
ReSound Accelerate Bonus FlexPoints are available only to existing ReSound Accelerate members who purchase a qualified promotion. Bonus FlexPoints earned will be applied by December 31, 2025.
Practices that earn ReSound Accelerate FlexPoints or Bonus FlexPoints may choose to use them for marketing services or materials available via ReSound Focus marketing team, but are not limited to those redemption options.
Patient recipients will be solely determined and selected by the participating practice. Donated hearing aids should be awarded to people experiencing financial hardship and otherwise unable to access or afford hearing technology.
Once a patient is identified, practices should contact their ReSound Sales Representative or Customer Service team member to order the donated set of hearing aids.
Orders for donated set of ReSound Vivia or ReSound Enzo IA hearing aids should be completed by January 30, 2026.
Selected recipients should be fitted with hearing aids no later than February 14, 2026.
ReSound reserves the right to determine the final number of donated hearing aids, based on overall response to the campaign.
By agreeing with these conditions, you also agree to receive email communications about the Gift of Hearing campaign.
