Remote Training Audiology is available by appointment in order to assure that you will have one on one assistance when you need it. RTA can be used for remote:

  • Product/Software Training
  • Pre-Fit appointments before your patient comes in for their fitting
  • First Fit appointments while your patient is present
  • Follow Up appointments to assist you with patient concerns, etc.

We are here to assist you and your patients however necessary. Keep in mind, RTA is not Audiology Computer Support (ACS) and cannot assist in computer, software or Noah, updates or issues; so don’t lose their number!
